Can’t make them fresh on Thursday as I will be busy crafting my “a little of what you fancy” cake for the inaugural Spen Valley Clandestine Cake Club – very exciting!
I do think I may have a slight baking addiction tho. So far since Friday I’ve made 2 batches of cupcakes (2nd to use left over frosting from 1st batch!), muffins (to use up raspberries past their best), the cookies, pavlova (to use up whites from cookies) and then my CCC cake. And I’m still thinking of other things to bake! Help me!!
